Sketches and drawings
The objective of the job was to transform a rather sleepy restaurant, situated in the middle of the city of west-Berlin, that had seen it's last renovation in the 90s using an almost postmodern and slightly bland mix of styles using all kinds of your standard "warm & gemütlich" colours and turn it into a more youthful, timeless & modern place that not only bridges and makes a connection to the legendary jazz club of the same name downstairs (we put an "unplugged" stage in the dining room and designed an installation of portraits of artists that have played there) as well as to the historic Delphi cinema in the same building and surrounding buildings and monuments.
